Position: Clinical & Safeguarding Administrator
Contract Type: Temporay - 6months (part time, 2 days per week - Tuesdays & Wednesdays 9am-5pm)
Salary: 15 per hour + Holiday Pay + Additional Benefits
Location: Woodford Green

We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Part-Time Administrator to support key governance, safeguarding, and quality processes within our clients service. This role requires someone who is highly organised, able to manage sensitive information, and experienced in clinical or safeguarding administrative procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain policy trackers to ensure documents remain accurate and up to date

  • Review clinical records and respond to safeguarding requests or quality alerts from external organisations

  • Support safeguarding activities, including missing-person processes and child-protection information sharing

  • Assist with the incident-management process, including organising and supporting Rapid Reviews

  • Provide administrative support for clinical audit activities

  • Contribute to the risk-management process, including following up on control actions and collecting evidence of completion

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience working in a clinical or safeguarding administrative/governance role
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding, incident management, and risk-management processes

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately

  • Confident working with clinical records and communicating with internal and external stakeholders
