Accountabilities and Requirements of theApplication Consultant - Construction Software

  • Form part of the implementation team on large projects or execute on an Individual basis small projects.
  • Assist with new or existing customers, from project kick off meetings to continuous engagement
  • Implement the companys software according to the standard implementation methodology
  • Assist mapping customer business processes and provide solutions using the software
  • Assist mapping customer reporting requirements to standard reports and analysis dashboards
  • Coordinate with the task team on bespoke reporting requirements to standard reports and analysis dashboards
  • Guide or perform system configuration, core user acceptance and training, data migration strategy and testing
  • Proven experience as business consultant or working experience in construction company as Quantity Surveyor or as commercial team member
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills, with aptitude in creative problem-solving
  • Familiarity with a wide selection of business management software (CRM, ERP etc.) and databases
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Certification in business management, Construction management, accounting or finance will be an advantage, including any Business Analysis and or Project Management qualifications
  • Understanding of the UK construction and subcontracting market
