Accountabilities and Requirements of theApplication Consultant - Construction Software
- Form part of the implementation team on large projects or execute on an Individual basis small projects.
- Assist with new or existing customers, from project kick off meetings to continuous engagement
- Implement the companys software according to the standard implementation methodology
- Assist mapping customer business processes and provide solutions using the software
- Assist mapping customer reporting requirements to standard reports and analysis dashboards
- Coordinate with the task team on bespoke reporting requirements to standard reports and analysis dashboards
- Guide or perform system configuration, core user acceptance and training, data migration strategy and testing
- Proven experience as business consultant or working experience in construction company as Quantity Surveyor or as commercial team member
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills, with aptitude in creative problem-solving
- Familiarity with a wide selection of business management software (CRM, ERP etc.) and databases
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Certification in business management, Construction management, accounting or finance will be an advantage, including any Business Analysis and or Project Management qualifications
- Understanding of the UK construction and subcontracting market
