Distribution Assistant - Luxury Industry

Their East London workshop is home to some of the most skilled craftspeople in the world, producing exquisite, one-of-a-kind creations for a discerning international clientele—including royalty and high-profile figures.

This is not your typical distribution role. You’ll be part of a close-knit, high-performing team that plays a vital role in delivering luxury products to elite clients across the globe. You’ll work in a fast-paced, creative environment where attention to detail, presentation, and service excellence are Paramount!

This role is ideal for someone with a background in creative, fashion, or arts industries—especially those who have worked in luxury distribution or client-facing roles. You’ll be representing a brand of exceptional prestige, so Impeccable communication and a confident, professional demeanour are key.

Stock & Inventory Management

• Maintain meticulous stock records, including high-value and bespoke items
• Ensure all items are stored securely and the warehouse remains organized and pristine

Goods Inward

• Receive and inspect incoming goods within 24 hours
• Flag any issues through the appropriate quality control channels

Goods Dispatch

• Pack and dispatch items to the highest standards, including fragile and luxury packaging
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with confidence
• Occasionally deliver items locally to clients and suppliers

Client & Workshop Support

• Greet and assist high-profile visitors, suppliers, and couriers
• Support quality control processes to uphold the brand’s world-class standards
• Assist with general office admin, including document scanning and handling artwork
• Manage heavy tooling logistics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Skills & Experience

• Experience in quality control or luxury product handling is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a polished and professional presence
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
• Familiarity with high-end or creative industries.
• Full UK Driving License is essential
