- Manage a full caseload of commercial property matters, including freehold and leasehold transactions, secured lending, and development projects.
- Act for a range of clients and handle business sales and purchases.
- Ensure compliance with relevant property law regulations while maintaining a high standard of client care.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute proactively to the growth and success of the property department.
- A minimum of 2 yearsĀ PQE as a qualified Solicitor, with a strong background in commercial property law and some residential property.
- IT literacy and excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage own caseload independently, meeting deadlines and targets.
- Some experience within residential conveyancing is desirable.
- A positive, proactive, and professional approach, with confidence, commercial awareness, and problem-solving skills.
