A leading BTR operator is looking for a Lettings Administrator to join their team at a busy residential development in Ilford London. Are you experienced in BTR or PBSA and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and is focused on supporting rental performance while meeting high service standards.

The role:

  • Conduct viewings to prospective tenants.
  • Respond to and manage letting enquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to exceed residents' service expectations and enhance the customer experience.
  • Support the monitoring and compliance of planned and reactive maintenance procedures.
  • Comply with regular fire and health & safety standards.

About you:

  • Highly organised with strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative team player, always willing to support your colleagues when needed.
  • Confident working independently and managing your own workload
  • Approaches tasks with a positive, can do attitude and a proactive mindset.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate IT skills including Microsoft Office
  • Clear and effective communication both written and verbal.
  • Availability to work Saturdays and public holidays.
  • Knowledge of YARDI property system would be advantageous.
