My client are seeking a skilled and dedicated Air Conditioning Engineer to join theirteam. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing air conditioning systems across various sites. Responsibilities
- Install air conditioning units and systems in commercial and industrial settings.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and manuals to facilitate accurate installation and repairs.
- Troubleshoot complex equipment issues, performing necessary repairs or replacements promptly.
- Lead small teams during installation projects, ensuring safety standards and project deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with construction teams during new builds or refurbishment projects involving climate control systems.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance for reporting purposes.
- Stay updated with the latest industry standards, technological advancements, and safety regulations related to air conditioning.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with practical experience in equipment repair and maintenance.
- Proficiency in reading schematics, technical diagrams, and blueprints.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise or guide team members effectively.
- Experience in installing and maintaining air conditioning systems within commercial or industrial environments.
- Knowledge of construction processes related to HVAC system integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues.
