Maintenance Operatives
Location; East London
Monday- Friday (Full time hours)
On Going Contract
Salary up to �31,000 per annum


We are working with a leading Multi-National Facilities Maintenance company on a commercial contract based in East London.

Duties (not limited to)

• Minor building fabric repairs
• Minor decorating tasks
• Minor plumbing repairs
• Weekly & monthly planned maintenance tasks as scheduled (fire alarm tests, tap flushing / water temperature recording, emergency lighting tests, etc.
• Liaise with Helpdesk and supervisors.
• Assisting engineers when required
• Always ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
• To carry out any other reasonable tasks that may be required to support the account and the business in general.
