Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join our vibrant educational community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young learners. This role requires a strong commitment to fostering the intellectual, social, and emotional development of students through engaging and effective teaching practices.

Starting Salary:£42,000pa - £48,000pa (Negotiable)+ 12 weeks paid holidays and excellent further training and career progression opportunities.

Requirements

  • Either PGCE, or a degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary School Teaching from UK or overseas university or QTS (Qualified Teaching Status)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Proven experience in behaviour management techniques to foster a respectful and productive classroom environment.
  • A genuine passion for educating young learners and a commitment to their holistic development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating initiative in lesson planning and classroom management.

Primary School Teacher dutiesand responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with the EYFS curriculum and cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Educate students in various subjects, ensuring that learning objectives are met while promoting critical thinking and creativity.
  • Employ effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behaviour, and any concerns that may arise.
  • Assess and evaluate student performance through various methods, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programmes and participate in professional development opportunities.
  • Create an inclusive classroom environment that respects diversity and encourages all students to participate actively in their education.
