The Role:
As a Primary School Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that inspire and motivate students.
  • Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment where all pupils feel supported and valued.
  • Use innovative teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners, including those with additional needs.
  • Assess, record, and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support each childs academic and personal development.
  • Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and school events.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • A passion for teaching and a commitment to providing the best possible education for every child.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an inclusive learning environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with pupils, staff, and parents.
  • Experience in primary education (EYFS, KS1, or KS2) is desirable, but we also welcome applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
