Teach Plus is currently working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Ilford, Redbridge, committed to providing high-quality early years education within a nurturing and stimulating environment. The school is seeking a passionate and dedicated Reception Teacher to join their team from September. This is a full-time role, but the school is open to a job share arrangement for the right candidates.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced early years practitioner who is committed to delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences and supporting children at the very start of their educational journey. The school offers a collaborative team environment, excellent resources, and supportive leadership.

Please note: this position is not suitable for Early Career Teachers (ECTs).

As a Reception Teacher, you will be expected to:? Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework? Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment? Support children's development across the prime and specific areas of learning? Work collaboratively with early years colleagues and teaching assistants? Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider school community? Use ongoing assessment to track progress and inform next steps in learning

The ideal candidate for this role will have:? A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and early years pedagogy? Experience teaching in a Reception or Early Years setting? A nurturing approach and passion for supporting young children's development? Excellent communication and classroom management skills? UK-recognised teaching qualification with QTS? An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service? The right to work in the UK
