Key Responsibilities:

Set up new referrals and manage associated account reconciliations in accordance with audit and compliance requirements.

Process payments aligned with agreed care packages and maintain accurate financial records.

Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to explain, clarify, and simplify account reconciliation processes.

Engage directly with clients, both in person and over the phone, including handling occasional challenging interactions calmly and assertively.

Use initiative and strong analytical skills to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Essential Skills and Experience:

Proficient in IT applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and email systems.

Competent in using computerized systems and standard software, with strong keyboard and data entry skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities; capable of prioritizing workload effectively.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with diverse client groups.
