Remedy connects talented educators with schools across London. We are seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor for daily supply cover across the East London area.
Job Overview:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will manage classrooms in the absence of a teacher, ensuring that students remain engaged with their work. You will ensure that students follow instructions and maintain discipline in the classroom. The ideal Cover Supervisor will have experience in classroom management and a passion for supporting students.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise students during lessons and ensure classroom behaviour.
Follow lesson plans and ensure students complete their work.
Provide assistance to students as needed.
Support student's academic development and well-being.
Work with teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment.
Requirements:
Experience in classroom supervision or a similar role.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
Passion for supporting student's learning.
