Job Title: HIU Engineer/Commercial Plumber
Location: South London
Salary: 40,000 - 43,000 w/ Van and Fuel Card
Job Type: Permanent
Daniel Owen are currently working with a leading Gas company and are seeking HIU Engineers/Commercial Plumbers to join them on one of their many contracts.
As part of the role, you will be required to carry out maintenance to HIUs and also assisting with the Plumbing side within properties i.e. radiators, cylinders, rectifying heating and hot water issues.
If you haven't worked with HIUs before, but have dealt with communal/district heating, please still apply.
HIU Engineer/Commercial Plumber Role:
- Carry out maintenance to HIUs
- Carry out maintenance to heating systems
- Install, maintain, and repair pipes and fixtures (i.e. radiators, cylinders and 3 port valves)
- Diagnosing faults and replacing central heating components in properties served by a communal system.
HIU Engineer/Commercial Plumber Requirements:
- NVQ L2 Plumbing & Heating
- Experience with HIUs (Desirable)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential
