The Role:
As a Primary Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
Planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons tailored to your pupils needs.
Creating a warm, inclusive classroom culture where all children feel valued and motivated.
Adapting teaching strategies to support learners of all abilities, including those with SEND.
Monitoring and assessing student progress to help each child reach their full potential.
Working closely with staff, parents, and carers to support both academic and emotional development.
Contributing to the schools wider community through clubs, trips, and events.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to inclusive education.
Excellent behaviour management and classroom leadership skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
Experience across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 is welcomed. Applications from Early Career Teachers.
