An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading specialist subcontractor delivering large-scale residential and commercial projects across the UK.

This is a key role within a dynamic and growing team, working on high-profile schemes involving faades, drylining, and full interior fit-out packages. With a strong pipeline of work across London, this position offers long-term stability and real career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all commercial aspects of faade and drylining packages

• Prepare and manage accurate cost plans, valuations, and variations

• Work closely with project teams to ensure cost control and financial performance

• Negotiate and manage subcontracts and supplier agreements

• Provide regular financial reporting and forecasts to senior management

• Support the delivery team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction subcontracting

• Background in faades, drylining, or interior fit-out is essential

• Strong knowledge of commercial processes and contract law (JCT/NEC)

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills

• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with delivery teams
