We are proud to be working with one of the UK's leading Main Contractors, boasting an impressive turnover of £750 million. Due to continued success and growth, we are now seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic commercial team, working alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a long-term framework.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a 7-year framework within the Planned Maintenance sector. As Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of approximately 15 live projects across South London. These projects will involve a mix of refurbishment and maintenance works across residential and public-sector housing portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the Senior Quantity Surveyor with cost planning, budget management and subcontractor payments

Managing multiple concurrent jobs across the region

Monitoring project progress and ensuring contractual compliance

Valuations, variations and final accounts

Maintaining strong working relationships with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors

Ideal Candidate:
-
3+ years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role
-
Background in planned maintenance, social housing, or similar sectors is highly desirable

Strong organisational skills - comfortable handling multiple projects at once

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
