We are proud to be working with one of the UK's leading Main Contractors, boasting an impressive turnover of £750 million. Due to continued success and growth, we are now seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic commercial team, working alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a long-term framework.

About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a 7-year framework within the Planned Maintenance sector. As Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of approximately 15 live projects across South London. These projects will involve a mix of refurbishment and maintenance works across residential and public-sector housing portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Senior Quantity Surveyor with cost planning, budget management and subcontractor payments

  • Managing multiple concurrent jobs across the region

  • Monitoring project progress and ensuring contractual compliance

  • Valuations, variations and final accounts

  • Maintaining strong working relationships with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role

  • Background in planned maintenance, social housing, or similar sectors is highly desirable

  • Strong organisational skills - comfortable handling multiple projects at once

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
