Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for your next challenge with a leading Main Contractor This is a rare opportunity to join one of the key players in the Planned Maintenance sector, working on a prestigious 7-year framework in South London.
The Role:
Working closely with the Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of up to 10 concurrent projects, each with values of up to £6 million. These projects span a range of planned maintenance and refurbishment works, providing the opportunity to manage a diverse and rewarding portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the commercial performance of multiple projects

Prepare and review cost plans, valuations, and final accounts

Conduct risk, value management, and cost control

Provide commercial guidance to project teams

Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders

Ensure contractual compliance and contribute to procurement strategies
What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a Senior Quantity Surveyor role, ideally within the Planned Maintenance or Social Housing sector

Strong commercial and contractual acumen

Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
