Sales Consultant - Lettings Negotiator/Sales Executive

Location: Ilford, IG1

Salary: £32,000 - £80,000 per annum

(Whilst this is a **commission only** role, their sales executives take home 30% per deal averaging £1000)

Our client is a rapidly growing organisation specialising in lettings, property management and supporting councils around London.

The Role

They are searching for ambitious and driven lettings negotiators/ sales executives looking to work in a fast-paced company where their efforts are not only recognised but also generously rewarded.

You will play a crucial role in facilitating property transactions and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and actively seek out new business opportunities, via cold outreach.
  • Build professional relationships with prospective landlords and/or agents.
  • Conduct the 360 sales cycle from prospecting to viewings and closing contracts with Landlord's and Agents.
  • Obtaining all required information and documentation from the Landlord/Agent.
  • Negotiate rental rate and terms of contract.
  • Clear communication with M&D Internal team who will source and provide the tenants & additional services.
  • Nurture relationships with clients (tenants) to ensure a stress-free experience.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Sales: Ability to source and close deals in a professional role.
  • Organisational: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Administrative: Strong attention to detail and proficiency in record keeping.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Multilingual: Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, as it allows for effective communication with a diverse clientele.
  • Ability to work on your own as well as in a team.
