We are a specialist Education Recruitment Agency supporting schools and education settings across London and beyond. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to manage and build strong relationships with schools and education professionals.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing and developing the current team and your own recruitment desk within the education sector
- Building strong relationships with schools, teachers, and support staff
- Sourcing, interviewing, and placing quality candidates into roles
- Achieving targets and working collaboratively within a supportive team
- Staying up to date with education trends and school staffing needs
- Previous recruitment or sales experience (education recruitment preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and target-driven
- A team player with a great sense of humour and resilience
- Passionate about supporting education and making a positive impact
- A friendly, experienced team and supportive work culture
- Competitive basic salary + uncapped commission
