Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and differentiated English lessons across all key stages.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students can succeed in English.
- Develop and share high-quality teaching resources and contribute to the English curriculum.
- Track student progress, provide meaningful feedback, and implement effective interventions.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the English department and the wider school community.
- Contribute to extracurricular activities that promote literacy and a love of English.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A strong degree in English Language, Literature, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrable experience of successfully teaching English at secondary level.
- A deep passion for the English language and literature, with the ability to convey its relevance and excitement to students.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
