- Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4.
- Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of learners with SEN and SEMH.
- Use creative strategies to inspire curiosity and achievement in Science.
- Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents/carers.
- Contribute to a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
Were Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching Science in SEN or Alternative Provision settings.
- Strong classroom management and ability to build positive relationships with learners.
- Empathy, resilience, and commitment to inclusive education.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
