A welcoming and well-respected Primary School in the Borough of Redbridge, London, is looking for Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join their dedicated team ASAP.
About the Role
As a valued member of the school community, you will:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons and support learning both inside and outside the classroom
- Assist with assessment, monitoring, and reporting on pupil progress
- Work closely with class teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons
- Provide tailored support for children with additional learning needs, promoting inclusion and confidence

Role Details
- Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
- Based in Redbridge, London
- Term-time only (long-term contract)
- Excellent daily pay: 110-160 per day
- Start date: ASAP
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who:
- Holds an HLTA qualification (or has equivalent experience)
- Has proven experience working with primary-aged children
- Is confident managing whole classes and delivering engaging learning activities
- Demonstrates strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
- Is passionate about supporting children's academic and social development
