- Work collaboratively with other Family Support Workers and Managers to ensure the team delivers high-quality services.
- Provide direct support to parents and children, offering advice, guidance, and promoting positive parenting practices.
- Hold an individual case load and work alongside staff to develop a āTeam Around the Childā approach.
- Develop and contribute to family care plans, ensuring the safeguarding and well-being of children.
- Participate in professional meetings, case discussions, and care planning, providing detailed case recordings and reports for conferences and meetings.
- Experience working with families and young children, particularly in support or case management roles.
- Enhanced DBS
- Knowledge of safeguarding protocols and a commitment to promoting the welfare of children.
