As a Family Support Worker, you’ll provide hands-on support in a newly renovated, high-spec residential family assessment centre, working directly with families to assess, guide, and develop parenting skills in a safe, nurturing environment.
What we’re looking for:
Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) – Essential
Experience working families and babies - ideal
Strong communication, empathy, and resilience
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting positive outcomes for families
