Hybrid Working and Flexible Hours
Duties:
- Leading the technical design and detailing of large-scale hotel projects
- Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders through all RIBA stages
- Attending and contributing to regular project and client meetings
- Supporting Business Development initiatives and contributing to the practices Client Network
- Managing Revit models and ensuring technical compliance across all project stages
- Strong experience in delivering high-end hotel or hospitality projects
- Confident and proficient in Revit, with experience leading technical packages
- A background in producing and coordinating complex construction details
- Familiarity with UK building regulations and construction methods
- A proactive approach to Business Development and maintaining a strong Client Network
