Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver dedicated 1:1 support tailored to the student's individual learning and communication needs
- Collaborate with teaching staff, SENCO, and external professionals to help meet EHCP targets
- Promote inclusion, independence, and confidence in both academic and social setting
We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Has experience supporting SEN students as a SEN Teaching Assistant
- Understands the challenges and rewards of working within a secondary SEN setting
- Is patient, empathetic, and confident in adapting to individual learning styles
- Can reliably commute to South East London and can start ASAP
