SEN Teacher - Goodmayes, IG3 - Immediate start

Prospero Teaching are currently recruiting for an SEN Teacher to join a Specialist Needs school in Redbridge (IG3). The school looks to deliver quality Teaching and Support to students with special needs.

Facilitating children and young people KS1-KS3, the position is open to both Primary and Secondary qualified candidates.

Daily Rate: Paid to scale

Location: Goodmayes, IG3

Contract Type: Perm

Start Date: Immediate (January 2025)

Class sizes: 8-20 based on provision

The successful applicant will have:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
  • UK Classroom Experience.
  • Previous SEN / SEMH Experience.
  • Ability to plan and deliver high quality, engaging lessons.
  • Excellent classroom management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with staff, parents and students.
  • Up to date safeguarding certificate issues within the last year.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

  • Hold the right to work in the UK.
  • Hold or Process and enhanced DBS certificate registered to the Update Service.
  • Provide two professional references covering the last two years.
