GSL Education is currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic SEN Teacher for a special needs school in Redbridge. The school caters for pupils with MLD, ASC, and SEMH, and is seeking a teacher who is passionate about inclusive education and improving outcomes for all learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalised and engaging lessons in a SEN environment.

  • Work with a team of TAs to provide holistic support.

  • Develop and follow EHCPs and behavioural strategies.

  • Provide a safe, stimulating and nurturing classroom environment.

Candidate Requirements:

  • QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.

  • Previous experience in an SEN setting is preferred.

  • Patience, adaptability, and a positive outlook.

  • Strong classroom management and safeguarding knowledge.
