The Ideal Year 1 Teacher will:
- Qualified teacher (QTS) with a strong understanding of Key Stage 1 / Year 1 curriculum
- Passion for creating both an inclusive and purposeful learning experience
- A motivated practitioner who continually seeks to improve
- Excellent communicator and team player, able to engage with staff, pupils, and parents
- Possess an up to date DBS or be willing to obtain one.
- Year 1 experience - ECT'S also encouraged to apply
- Live a commutable distance from Redbridge, London
