Freelance Senior QS - Tier One main contractor - 100m new build - East London
* Outside Scope of IR35 / Limited Company *
I have an urgent requirement for a Senior QS for one of our key clients on a new 100m new build commercial project in East London.
The role will involve Procurement & Commercial Package Management of Internal Fit Out and Facade packages, working within the Commercial team and reporting directly to the Commercial Lead.
The ideal candidate will have experience working for a Tier One or Two main contractor on a 50m+ project, preferably on procurement and management of internal fit out and facade packages, or have experience of commercially managing a similar commercial new build job.
The role is available on a freelance / temp-to-perm basis and is Outside Scope of IR35 on a Limited Company basis.
