Elevate Projects are working in partnership with our client, a reputable property consultancy, to appoint to a busy pprogramme on a temporary contract. The successful candidate will conduct stock condition, RdSAP (Reduced Data Standard Assessment Procedure), and HHSRS (Housing Health & Safety Rating System) surveys across a range of properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry outstock condition surveysto assess the overall state of properties.
  • ConductRdSAP energy assessmentsto evaluate energy performance.
  • PerformHHSRS assessmentsto identify potential hazards in line with housing regulations.
  • Record findings accurately using mobile survey software.
  • Provide recommendations for maintenance, improvement, and compliance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in conductingStock Condition, RdSAP, and HHSRSsurveys.
  • Relevant qualifications, such asDEA (Domestic Energy Assessor) or HHSRS certification.
  • Strong knowledge ofhousing standards, regulations, and energy efficiency.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
  • Access to own transport (if required for site visits).
