Salary Package: 44,756 per annum (increasing to 49,729 in 18 months) + 750 per annum Homeworking Allowance + 4,184 London Weighting (if eligible)

This role is working from home, however you will be required to travel to West, North and East London, Essex and Hertfordshire therefore being a driver and having access to your own car is a must.
Responsibilities of the Fostering Recruitment Manager:
- Managing local recruitment in line with the strategy
- Supervising and managing the fostering recruitment officer and the assessing social workers
- Collaborate with local foster carers to support and organise recruitment events
Requirements:
Must have in-depth knowledge of National Minimum standards and fostering regulations
Must be a registered qualified social worker
Fostering experience and recruitment and assessment experience is required
