Bid Writer & Project Coordinator - Construction | London - Hybrid
I'm working with a well-established construction business renowned for delivering high-quality building solutions across a diverse range of commercial and residential projects throughout the UK and internationally. With specialisms spanning interior fit-outs, bespoke building systems, and complex building envelope solutions (including drylining and facades), they offer clients a full-service approach from design through to delivery.
Due to continued growth, they're now looking for a Bid Writer & Project Coordinator to join their team in London.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys producing compelling, client-focused proposals.
In this role, you'll be:
Writing and editing bid and tender documents
Collaborating with estimators, technical experts, and project managers
Researching clients and competitors to support strategic bid decisions
Assisting with project coordination alongside the delivery team
Managing a content library including case studies and reusable templates
What we're looking for:
Experience in bid writing, ideally within construction or the built environment
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and liaise across departments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign
