Credit ControllerDerby12 month (FTC)???????Office Based£27,000 - £30,000Eaton Syalon are working with a reputable Derby based business who are looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller to join a dynamic team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for Credit Control, strong relationship management skills, looking for an end to end role to join a fabulous Credit Control team at a busy time.Responsibilities include:

  • Credit Control - Proactively manage and collect outstanding debts owed
  • Escalating any queried accounts
  • Maintain overdue debt and produce regular debtors' reports
  • Resolve customer invoice queries and ensure timely distribution of monthly statements.
  • Allocate cash to the receivables ledger
  • Liaise and support billing with any customer issues that may arise
  • Support the disposal manager and collect debt with regards to vehicle purchases
  • Controlling the Direct Debit process, ensuring these are set up and applied in a timely & accurate manner.
  • Provide support to any daily/ monthly & yearly Sales ledger tasks where required
  • Provide cover for any duties that are deemed urgent within the finance team

We would love to hear from you if you have proven recent experience as a Credit Controller , ideally you have worked with larger customer, complex accounts however if you would like to build your experience in this area this could be the ideal role for you. You will need strong IT skills, in particular MS Excel.
