The Company:

Main duties:

Maintain positive relationships with customers in order to meet their expectations and requirements.

The Role:

- Assist the sales team through customer support

- Plan ahead to ensure smooth and time efficient despatch of products to customers

- Process customers’ orders and update the database accordingly

- Make outbound calls and send emails to clients to increase sales

- Create reports and present them to the rest of the team when necessary

- Handle other general office duties as and when required

The candidate:

- Fluent in either German or Polish (written and spoken) – Essential

- Previous experience in a sales, admin and/or customer service role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent telephone manner and customer orientated candidate

- Self-motivated and team player

- IT literate
