Executive Assistant to the MDIlkeston, Derbyshire (with additional travel to Nottingham) | £40-50k FTE | 32-36 hrs/week (Mon-Thurs) | Hybrid working

We’re on the lookout for a commercial, credible, proactive and highly experienced Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director at a dynamic and growing food business serving the East Midlands.

In this hands-on, fast-paced role, you’ll be right at the heart of the action—managing diaries and multiple inboxes, attending key meetings, preparing high-impact presentations, and helping drive forward business initiatives.

This role would suit an experienced and accomplished EA, a confident communicator with a knack for keeping things running smoothly, this could be the perfect opportunity to make your mark. You will be experienced at taking minutes at meetings, IT savvy, especially with PowerPoint and Excel.

You’ll enjoy flexible hybrid working, 25 days holiday, and a real chance to grow with the business. (Flexibility is important in this role to attend early and late meetings, on occasion)
