The position offers a starting salary of £55,513.50 per annum, with potential annual earnings of £57,500 to £60,000 including overtime.

Candidates should have a City & Guilds, NVQ, or BTEC Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance, ideally from an apprenticeship.

Role:Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical biased)

Shift Pattern:Monday - Thursday 5:45pm - 6:15am

Starting Salary:£55,513.50 p/a

Annual Earnings:£57,500 - £60,000 (With overtime)

The Role: Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical bias)

Planned preventative maintenance and routine servicing.
Fault finding and rectifications.
Ensuring reliability of the plant and looking at ways to reduce downtime.
Project work installing mechanical and electrical equipment.
Single and three phase motors, carryingout electrical repairs.

Entry Requirements:

City & Guilds, NVQ or BTEC Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance ideallygained through a recognised apprenticeship.
5 Years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer within the heavy industry (Aggregates, foundry, recycling, quarrying, plastics)
18th Edition is desirable
