We're recruiting on behalf of our client, based in the Ilkeston area. This business are a leading manufacturing and processing business that have multiple UK sites. This role is based at a site that is fast paced and varied. If you're looking to join a business that invests and progresses their people then this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
The Person:
- NVQ level 3 Trained (Apprenticeship).
- Have worked as a: Maintenance Engineer, Multiskilled Engineer, Maintenance Technician, Shift Engineer, Multiskilled Electrician or Maintenance Electrician before.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or processing environment.
The Role:
- Planned Preventative Maintenance.
- Electrical and Mechanical maintenance of all plant machinery.
- Installation / project work.
- Breakdown cover / Reactive Maintenance.
- Input data to CMMS system / Fill out job sheets for the planner.
- Adhere to site health and safety.
- Liaise with production to ensure machinery faults are correctly reported.
- Take part in site shut down activities.
