We’re looking for a dedicated Deputy Manager to help lead a warm, welcoming residential care home in Derbyshire that prides itself on delivering high-quality, person-centred care in a homely environment.

About the Role:
• Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the home
• Lead and motivate the care team to deliver outstanding care and support
• Ensure care plans are up-to-date, person-centred, and meet all regulatory requirements
• Help maintain excellent relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
• Support in audits, compliance checks, and staff training initiatives
• Act as a key point of contact in the Manager's absence

What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in a senior care role (Deputy Manager, Team Leader, or Senior Carer level)
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and care sector regulations
• A Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or working towards it)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• A passion for high-quality, resident-focused care
