Our client is currently seeking a Lettings Administrator to join their close-knit team near Ilkeston!

As a Lettings Administrator, you will be offered:

  • Up to £28,000 basic salary 
  • Circa £1,000 per year in bonuses

  • 5-day working week

As a Lettings Administrator, you must have:

  • Recent experience in Lettings or Property Management
  • Full understanding of the Lettings process
  • Able to prioritise, multi-task and work efficiently with attention to detail
  • Competent in using IT software
  • Full driving licence with own vehicle

As a Lettings Administrator, your duties will include:

  • Dealing with clients both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Process trade invoices for the accounts department
  • Process rent reviews
  • Conduct viewings when needed
  • Monitor tenant references and key legislative dates
