As a Sales Negotiator, you will be offered:
- Up to £28,000 basic salary DOE
- Realistic OTE of £32,500
- 5-day working week

As a Sales Negotiator, you must have:
- Recent experience working as a Sales Negotiator
- Experience progressing sales from offer to completion
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Driving licence and access to own car
- Driven individual with a desire to succeedÂ
- Proven track record in Estate Agency
As a Sales Negotiator, your duties will include:
- Book and conduct viewings
- Progressing sales through to completion
- General admin
- Negotiating property sales and liaising between purchasers and vendors
- Collaborating with the team to share information and secure additional business
- Calling out new properties
