An incredible, growing firm of Chartered Accountants based in Ilkley is seeking an Accountant to join their team.
This role offers the chance to work with a diverse range of clients across various industries, ensuring a varied work life.
Responsibilities include preparation of accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies, as well as tax returns and management accounts.
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years' practice experience in an accountancy firm and ideally be AAT qualified or partway through ACA/ACCA.
The position offers a salary ranging from £25,000 to £30,000, along with flexible work options and career progression opportunities.

We are working with an incredible, growing firm of Chartered Accountants based in Ilkley, who are seeking an Accountant to join their existing team.This is a fantastic opportunity with a growing firm, enabling you to work with a wide range of clients from a variety of industries, keeping your work life varied and interesting. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for:

Preparation of accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.
Preparation of Corporation & Personal Tax Returns.
Preparation of bookkeeping and VAT returns.
Management Account preparation.

To qualify for this Accountant position, ideally you should meet the following:

Will have a minimum of 3 years’ Practice experience in an accountancy firm, having worked as an Accountant.
Feel comfortable and confident contacting clients and building relationships and supporting junior members of the team.
Suitable for someone who is AAT qualified or part way through ACA/ACCA
