The company is experiencing significant growth, with a turnover in the multiple £10's of millions and a forecasted 50% increase due to recent acquisitions.
This new position will support the Finance Director on strategic and technical projects at the group level, including cash flow forecasting and monthly account consolidation.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in finance management to effectively shape the structure of the finance team.
The role offers a competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £55,000, along with opportunities for progression in a dynamic and acquisitive environment.

We're recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing privately owned group operating across the security and facilities sector. With turnover currently in the multiple £10's of millions and a forecasted 50% growth following recent acquisitions, the business is entering an exciting new phase of growth and transformation.They're now looking to appoint into a newly created Group Finance Manager role. This position will play a key part in supporting the Finance Director on a range of strategic and technical projects at group level.Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the design and delivery of a centralised finance function
Preparing and consolidating monthly accounts across four legal entities
Leading on group-level cash flow forecasting and reporting
Working closely with existing management accountants, with scope to shape the structure of the finance team
Involvement in post-acquisition integration and financial oversight of new business units

The business offers:

Salary of £50,000 - £55,000
