The position offers a salary range of £50,000 – £60,000 plus an annual bonus of £5,000.

We’re recruiting on behalf of a privately owned, fast-growing group in the staffing sector. With turnover already in the tens of millions and further expansion through recent acquisitions, the business is scaling rapidly and entering an exciting new phase of transformation.They’re now looking to appoint a Group Finance Manager into a newly created role - this is a opportunity to help shape the future of the finance function during a period of significant change and growth.In this role, you’ll be:

Supporting the Group Financial Controller in designing and delivering a centralised group finance function.
Preparing and consolidating monthly accounts across four legal entities.
Leading on group-wide cash flow forecasting and reporting.
Taking responsibility for the balance sheet and fixed asset register across the group.
Overseeing transactional finance and payroll activity across all entities.
Working closely with site-based management accountants, with scope to influence team structure and reporting lines.
Involved in post-acquisition integration and financial oversight of newly acquired business units.
