We’re recruiting on behalf of a privately owned, fast-growing group in the staffing sector.The business is scaling rapidly though both organic growth and acquisition.They’re now looking to appoint a Group Finance Manager into a newly created role - this is a opportunity to help shape the future of the finance function during a period of significant change and growth.In this role, you’ll be:

Supporting the design and delivery of a centralised finance function
Preparing and consolidating monthly accounts across four legal entities
Leading on group-level cash flow forecasting and reporting
Responsibility for balance sheet and fixed asset register across all entities
Oversight of transactional finance and payroll across four entities
Responsibility for VAT Compliance across entities
Working with existing management accountants, with scope to shape the structure of the finance team
Involvement in post-acquisition integration and financial oversight of new business units
