We are looking for a Deputy Manager to join our team near Taunton, and help shape the future of our home. This is a fantastic opportunity to move into management while still making a difference to the lives of children and young people.

What You'll do:

Support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the home

Ensure the highest standards of person-centred care and safeguarding

Promote positive outcomes and opportunities for children and young people

Maintain compliance with relevant legislation and regulations

What we are looking for:

Essential: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or Equivalent)

Experience in a children's residential care setting

Knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding procedures

Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
