About the Role

As an Office Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the office and supporting key business functions. You’ll manage driver bookings, process sales and purchase orders, handle invoicing, and provide day-to-day support to the sales team. This position requires a confident communicator with strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate driver check-in and check-out and liaise with internal teams to ensure raw materials and packaging deliveries run smoothly.
  • Accurately receive and process customer sales orders, maintaining up-to-date records and tracking order status.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, handling queries and preparing regular reports.
  • Maintain organised digital and paper filing systems and assist with general office administration.
  • Act as a central communication point between sales, logistics, production, and office teams.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experienced with ERP or order management systems.
  • A team player with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an office-based administrative role – ideally within a manufacturing, logistics, or sales environment.
  • Understanding of order processing, invoicing, and purchasing procedures.
  • Experience liaising with drivers or logistics teams would be advantageous.
