Class 2 Driver - Immingham Dock
Location: Immingham Dock
Pay Rate: 15.07 per hour
Hours: 12-hour shifts (various shift patterns available)
We are currently seeking a Class 2 Driver to join our team operating across Immingham Dock. This role involves the safe and efficient movement of various materials around the dock terminals using Class 2 vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Class 2 units to move materials between terminals within the dock area
- Ensure all loads are delivered and tipped in the correct locations
- Carry out vehicle checks and maintain a high standard of safety and compliance
- Work closely with terminal staff and site supervisors to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- A valid Class 2 (Category C) license
- Previous experience operating tugs or tug tippers is an advantage but not essential
- Experience of shunting
- Strong awareness of health & safety and dockside procedures
- Reliable, flexible, and safety-focused attitude
