Location: Stallingborough
Salary: Up to 30,000 (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00

If you're an experienced export/import professional looking for a fresh challenge in a fast-paced, supportive environment-this could be the perfect move for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Delivering top-tier customer service across export operations
• Managing full load exports from the UK & Ireland
• Coordinating with transport planners and shipping lines
• Handling Export Transit Documentation via Descartes
• Booking and planning shipments using internal systems
• Supporting Irish Imports transiting via the UK
• Participating in an on-call rota (1 week in 5)

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years' experiencein Exports, Imports, Groupage or FTL
• A customer-first mindsetwith a passion for delivering excellence
• Strong attention to detailand organisational skills
• Confident decision-maker who thrives under pressure
• Excellent communicator with a professional telephone manner
• IT literate and comfortable using logistics software
• Willingness to work on-call (weekday evenings + Saturday mornings, with Monday afternoon off in return)
