UK Import Co-Ordinator - Immingham | Up to 28,000


Grafton Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with an international logistics provider to recruit a talented UK Import Co-Ordinator for their growing team. This exciting role has opened up due to internal promotion.
If you are organised, proactive, and enjoy working in a fast-paced logistics environment, this could be the perfect next step in your career.


Duties to Include:


  • Plan and coordinate import shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Liaise with Customs and compliance teams to keep processes running smoothly.

  • Provide outstanding customer service, managing queries and keeping clients updated.

  • Process import bookings in internal systems with precision.

  • Support the team with administrative and operational tasks.

  • Work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.


You Will Have:

  • Confidence, professionalism, and excellent communication skills.

  • Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.

  • A customer-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
