Grafton Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with an international logistics provider to recruit a talented UK Import Co-Ordinator for their growing team. This exciting role has opened up due to internal promotion.

Duties to Include:
Plan and coordinate import shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Liaise with Customs and compliance teams to keep processes running smoothly.
Provide outstanding customer service, managing queries and keeping clients updated.
Process import bookings in internal systems with precision.
Support the team with administrative and operational tasks.
Work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
You Will Have:
- Confidence, professionalism, and excellent communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
A customer-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Ability to make decisions, prioritise effectively, and thrive under pressure.
A methodical, problem-solving approach and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
IT literacy and experience with business or logistics software.
A positive, proactive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic team.
